Veronica Kline, 93, of Jupiter, FL, formerly of Charleroi, died on Friday, July 24, 2015. Born on January 7, 1922, she was the daughter of the late Valent and Mary (Rumanchik) Talpas.
She was a member of Mary, Mother of the Church, the Confraternity of Christian Mother's, 1st Catholic Slovak Ladies Assn., and Mon Valley Slovak Cultural Trust. She was a CCD teacher and her greatest joy was preparing children for First Holy Communion and May Crowning at her former church, Sts. Cyril & Methodius.
Veronica is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Dennis and Eileen Kline, of Belle Vernon; daughters, Donna McCloskey and Doris Koecheler, both of Jupiter, FL; sisters, Ann Dyky, of Monessen, and Cecelia Kubik, of North Versailles; 8 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her husband, Cyril L. Kline; and twin sister, Kathryn Drabik; and sisters, Mary Baron, and Joan Kisinko.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, July 30, in the CARL J. SAPLLINO FUNERAL HOME, 819 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi, Joseph A. Lopez, funeral director. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 a.m. on Friday, in Mary, Mother of the Church, celebrated by Rev. Jerry Mikonis, with interment following in Sacred Heart Cemetery.
