Ruth Ann Granato Obituary
Ruth Ann Austin Granato, 82, of Perryopolis, died Friday, Nov. 15, 2024. She was a retired LPN. Born July 1, 1942, to Alice Lorena Worrell Austin and Charles Thomas Austin, she grew up in Colonial Docks, Fayette City, Pa.
She was a mother of six, Louis Charles Granato, Ronda Lynne Granato Sickles, Margaret Ann Granato Brown, John Allen Granato, Donna Jean Pennington and Joseph Antonio Granato. In addition to her children, Ruth is survived by 19 grandchildren; 40 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; three brothers; and one sister.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Louis John Granato; her two brothers; three sisters; and two great-granddaughters.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Nov. 18, 2024, at CARL J. SPALLINO FUNERAL HOME, Charleroi. Services will take place at the funeral home at 11 a.m. Tuesday with interment following at Calvary Cemetery.
