Obituary
Robert C. Shaffer, 77, of McKeesport passed away on Thursday, August 3, 2023 at St. Clair Hospital. Born on February 14, 1946 in Charleroi, he was the son of the late Frances and Garnet Shaffer.
He was a veteran of the United States Air Force.
Robert is survived by his niece, Dawn Koster, and husband Gary, of Monongahela; sister-in-law, Joan Shaffer, of Charleroi; and his cat, Kitty Cat.
In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by a brother, William B. Shaffer.
As per Robert's wishes, there will be no services.
