Richard David O’Lexa, 78, of Charleroi, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on March 8, 2025. Born on February 13, 1947, in Monongahela, PA, he was the son of the late Francis O’Lexa and Anna Zuransky O’Lexa.

A proud veteran, Richard honorably served his country as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps during the Vietnam War. His strength, dedication, and service to his nation will always be remembered.

Richard is survived by his loving wife, Karen O’Lexa, and his children. He was a devoted grandfather to his grandchildren who brought him great joy.

Richard’s legacy of strength, love, and commitment to family will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
