Raymond R. Glesk Obituary

Raymond R. Glesk, 78, of Charleroi, died on July 6, 2016.  Born on February 26, 1938, he was the son of the late Joseph and Germaine Blondiaux Glesk.  

He was retired from Wheeling-Pitt Steel, Allenport, where he worked on the burning table in the tube mill, and from Keystone Bakery.  He was a avid hunter and fisherman and was a member of the Charleroi Legion, Belgian Club, Monessen Eagles, Charleroi Sportsmen, Allenport Rod & Gun, Roscoe Sportsmen, and the Charleroi Fishing Club.  

He is survived by sons, Robert J. Glesk, and wife Deborah, of N. Charleroi, and Raymond A. Glesk, of West Newton; daughter, Henrietta Bowser, and husband Phil, of Charleroi; brother, Joseph E. Glesk; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.  

In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by his ex-wife, Robin Lee Collins; and daughter, Renee Josephine Egler.  

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. on Sunday, July 10, in the CARL J. SPALLINO FUNERAL HOME, 819 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi, Joesph A. Lopez, funeral director.  Services are private.
