Nancy Jo Hoyes, 76, of Belle Vernon passed away on September 19, 2025 at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital. Born on April 22, 1949 she was the daughter of the late Tony and Ruth McGinsky.

She was a retired social worker for the Commonwealth of PA.

Nancy is survived by her son, Sean Swalin, and wife Melissa, of San Francisco; grandchildren, Zachary, Gabriella and Brody Swalin, of Florida; sister, Antoinette Clites, of Belle Vernon; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her husband, Fred Hoyes; and brother, Anthony 'Butch' McGinsky

As per Nancy's wishes, there will be no visitation. A celebration of life will be announced by the family at a later date.
