Minnie L. Pennline, 97, of North Charleroi, passed away on Wednesday, March 29, 2017.  She was born in Houston, PA on December 13, 1919, a daughter of the late Benjamin and Mary Cappa.  

Minnie resided in Alliance, Ohio until her marriage to Tony "Tote" Pennline, from Charleroi, who preceded her in death in 1996.  

Minnie was a homemaker who made her family a priority.  She was a devoted mother of Robert (Diane) Pennline, of Mt. Pleasant, Kathy (Ronald) Arnoldi, of Montgomery TX, and Mary Ann (Jack) Rocco, of Mapleview.  She was especially proud of her grandsons, Jason (Stephanie) and Justin (Karen) Arnoldi, Anthony (Kate) and Andrew Pennline, and Derek (Mary Rae) and Christopher Rocco; as well as her eight great-grandchildren, Bella, Parker, Tessa, Dylan, Sam, Jack, Violet, and Ethan.  Special to her were sister-in-law, Cecilia Sciortino; Herk and Marge Pennline; and numerous nieces and nephews.  

Minnie was a current member of Mary, Mother of the Church and the Confraternity of Christian Mothers.  She also enjoyed participating through the years in many social organizations that included Charleroi- Monessen Home and Hospital, Charleroi and North Charleroi French Club Auxiliaries, VFW Woman's Auxiliary, Charleroi Golden Agers, and Charleroi Goodwill.  

Deceased in addition to her parents and husband are her sister, Theresa Utterback; brother, George Cappa; and many brothers-in- law and sisters-in-law of the Pennline family.  

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 A.M. on Monday, April 3 in Mary, Mother of the Church, Charleroi, with interment following in Sacred Heart Cemetery.  All guests should go directly to the church on Monday.  

Contributions in her memory may be made to Mary, Mother of the Church, or to a charity of choice.
