Martha Kanap, 94, of Charleroi, died peacefully on Monday, July 27, 2015.  Born on June 21, 1921, she was the daughter of the late Tony and Katherine (Pasterick) Kanap.  

She was a member of Jehovah's Witnesses, Centerville Congregation and was retired from Corning as a packer.  

Martha is survived by her sister, Catherine Leyda, of Charleroi; nephew, Joseph P. (Sondra) Kruczek, of Fallowfield Twp.; niece, Rita Leyda, of Charleroi; and nieces and nephews.  

In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by sisters, Mary Kruczek and Doris Gorondy; and nephew, Edward Leyda, Jr.  

There will be no public visitation and burial will be private.
