Marlene Schriber Obituary

Marlene Schriber, 90, of North Charleroi passed away on Friday, July 26, 2024 in Mercy Hospital. Born on June 15, 1934 she was the only daughter of the late Frederick and Ethel Mumpoting, of McKeesport.

She was a member of the First Christian Church of McKeesport and currently attended the Gospel Alliance Church, Rostraver.

Marlene is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, David and Patricia Schriber, of North Charleroi; daughter, Susan (John) Schriber, of South Carolina; grandsons, Michael and Richard Stalcup; granddaughters, Julie Funk and Bethany Schriber; and 2 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her husband, Richard Schriber.

Friends will be received from 10 to 11 am on Tuesday, July 30 in the Gospel Alliance Church, 1011 Fells Church Road, Belle Vernon (Rt 51 S).

Services will begin at 11 am followed by a reception at 12 noon in the church fellowship hall.

Interment will be at 2pm in Penn Lincoln Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hope and Passion Ministries, 126 Mt. Pleasant Blvd., Irwin, PA 15642.
