Marie C. Seftas, 95, of Charleroi, died on Friday, February 24, 2017.  Born on October 4, 1921, she was the daughter of the late George and Julia McKita.  

Mrs. Seftas graduated from Charleroi High school in 1940, and was a member of First United Methodist Church of Charleroi.  

She is survived by her grandchildren, Greg (Holly) Thomas, of Fayette City, and Dana Gray, of Mt. Pleasant; and great-grandchildren, Jake and Colby Thomas and Cooper and Lena Gray.  

In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her husband, Gus Seftas; daughter, Janet Novich; sister, Harriet Labeka; and brothers, Edward, Jack, and Richard McKita.  

Friends will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, March 2, in the CARL J. SPALLINO FUNERAL HOME, 819 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi, Joseph A. Lopez, funeral director.  Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. on Friday, in the funeral home, with interment following in Mon Valley Memorial Park.
