Margaret W. Mazanetz, 91, of Charleroi, died on Wednesday, January 25, 2017.  Born on February 26, 1925, she was the daughter of the late Mathias and Mary Rose Mazanetz.  

She was a member of Mary, Mother of the Church, former member of Sts. Cyril and Methodius, and was retired from Corning after 44 years of service in the laboratory and as an inspector.  

She is survived by her brother, John R. Mazanetz, of Charleroi; sister, Helen Jean Mazanetz, of Charleroi; and several nieces and nephews.  

In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by a brother, William M. Mazanetz; sisters, Mary Miller, Kathryn Mazanetz, Elizabeth Brennan, Anna Mazanetz, and Martha Mayton; nephew, Joseph Mayton; and niece, Nicole Lemonovich.  

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. on Sunday, January 29, in the CARL J. SPALLINO FUNERAL HOME, 819 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi, Joseph A. Lopez, funeral director.  Mass of Christian Burial will be a t 10 a.m. on Monday, in Mary, Mother of the Church, Charleroi, with interment following in Calvary Cemetery.
