Kathleen P. (Carlson) Gouger, 87, formerly of Charleroi passed away on Monday, January 24, 2022. Born on February 14, 1934 she was the daughter of the late Ernest Howard and Ann Howard-Tess.

She was Methodist by faith and was a clerk at the former Port Vue and Liberty Boro Clover Farms. She and her husband George traveled extensively and enjoyed betting on horses.

Kathleen is survived by her daughters, Colleen Dougherty, of Latrobe, and Debby (Robert J.) Forrest, of Liberty Boro; grandchildren, Angela, Eric, Jeffrey, Marc, Sean, Daniel, and Beth; five great-grandchildren; and neighbors, Peggy and Ed Tomako, of Belle Vernon.

In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her first husband, Robert Carlson; her second husband, the love of her life, George Gouger; and her neighbor's dog, Ginger.

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm on Wednesday, January 26 in the CARL J. SPALLINO FUNERAL HOME. Funeral services will be at 11 am on Thursday, in the funeral home, with interment following at Richland Cemetery, Dravosburg.
