John L. Ohrman, 90, of North Charleroi, died on November 16, 2016.  Born on November 26, 1925, he was the son of the late Axel and Catherine (Weaver) Ohrman.  

He was a retired field engineer and technical writer, most recently from Westinghouse, and was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, serving during World War II.  He was a graduate of McKeesport High School in 1943, and was a member of the Charleroi Legion Post 22, and a Past-President of the Charleroi French Club.  

John is survived by his wife of 45 years, Bernadette Ohrman; daughter, Samantha Ohrman, of North Charleroi; son, Andrew (Cindy) Ohrman, of Harrisburg; and sister, Michelle (Guy) Ohrman Turcotte, of Gardner, MA.  

In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by his daughters, Linda Ohrman and Tracy Ohrman; and sister, Dorothy Watherwax.
