John L. Andrechak IV, 49, of North Charleroi, died on Thursday, June 9, 2016.  Born on February 27, 1967, he was the son of John (Stephanie) Andrechak III and Maureen Elias Sproull, who survive.  

He was employed at Douglas School of Business and was the current President of the Slavic Citizens Club of North Charleroi.  He was an avid Pitt fan and enjoyed playing baseball and fishing with his children.  

John is survived by his three children, Jaron, Jesse, and Jaelyn Andrechak, of North Charleroi; wife, Heather Cappelli Andrechak, of North Charleroi; brother, Brian (Joyce) Andrechak, of Fallowfield Twp.; sister, Connie (Lee) Bastin, of North Charleroi; and grandmother, Connie (Rudy) Biller, of Masontown.  

He is predeceased by his step-father, Sam Sproull.  

Friends will be received from 1 to 3 and 6 to 8 p.m., the time of service, on Monday, June 13, in the CARL J. SPALLINO FUNERAL HOME, 819 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi, Joseph A. Lopez, funeral director.
