John “Jack” Leyda, Jr., of Fallowfield Twp., passed away on Sunday, January 26, 2020. Born on October 7, 1952, he was the son of the late John and Madeline Leyda.

He is survived by is wife, Kristina Leyda; and sister, Susan Gonzales.
