Herbert D. Pelzer, 75, of North Charleroi, passed away on Friday, February 21, 2020. Born on January 17, 1945, he was the son of the late Joseph and Zella (McGrady) Pelzer.

He was a veteran of the US Army and was retired as a manager for Lucent Technologies.

Herbert is survived by his long time companion, Linda Hopton; daughters, Jodi (Tracy) Sealy, Eugenia (Robert) Kirk, and Rebecca (Bryan) Black, all of Texas; grandchildren, Kory, Megan, Zoe, Jenna, Jacob, and Gavin; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by brothers, Albert, Victor, Charles, and Robert; and sisters, Marlene and Janet.

Friends will be received from 1 to 3 pm, the time of services, on Saturday, February 29.  Interment will be private.
