Guy Anthony Fazzoni, 86, of Charleroi, died on Tuesday, April 7, 2015.  Born on June 22, 1928, he was the son of the late Michael and Angeline Canoni Fazzoni.  

He was a member of Mary, Mother of the Church, and was a veteran of the United States Navy.  He was retired from the Ford Motor Company and The Pennsylvania Railroad.  

Guy is survived by his son, Kenneth Simmons; grandchildren, James H. (Victoria) Adamson, III, of Sammamish, WA, Jeannine M. (James) McSwigan, of Marietta, GA, and Kyle A. (Jeannie) Adamson, of Naperville, IL; and great-grandchildren, James IV, Gabrielle and Madeline Adamson, Caitlyn and Lindsay McSwigan, and Avery and Brooks Adamson.  

In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by his wife, Beatrice Consonary Fazzoni; daughter, Phyllis M. Cosner; son, Guy Anthony Fazzoni, Jr.; and brother, Albert S. Fazzoni.  

At Guy's request, there will be no visitation.  Friends may attend a Catholic Blessing service at 10 a.m. on Friday, April 10, in the chapel of the Sacred Heart Cemetery, Carroll Twp.  Arrangements are being handled by the CARL J. SPALLINO FUNERAL HOME, Charleroi, Joseph A. Lopez, funeral director.
