Greg Stupar, 49, and William Stupar, 15, of Charleroi, passed away on Sunday, January 15, 2023, as a result of a trucking accident in Dauphin County.
Greg was born on February 27, 1973, the son of Frank Stupar and Blanche Howell. He was an owner-operator, over the road trucker for J.A. Trucking. He loved spending time with his family, especially fishing and boating, and enjoyed gun bashes and driving his truck. He was an outspoken, caring and honest man who will be greatly missed. In addition to his parents, Greg is survived by his wife, Nathasha Stupar; children, Justin, Kiersten, Emma, Ashley and Amanda Stupar; grandson, Shawn Callahan; brother, Kevin Stupar; mother-in-law, Sonia Keats; sister-in-law, Ginger Fall; brother-in-law, Larry Douglas; and his dog, Diesel. Greg passed tragically alongside his 15 year old son, William.
William was born on December 21, 2007, the son of the late Greg Stupar, and Nathasha Stupar, who survives. He was a 9th grade student at Charleroi Area High School. William was compared to his father as a spirited, energetic, outspoken, caring and honest young man, and he loved to spend time and go to work with his dad. He enjoyed fishing, guns, trucks and was a wonderful babysitter. In addition to his mother, William is survived by his siblings, Justin, Kiersten, Emma, Ashley and Amanda Stupar; nephew, Shawn Callahan; grandmothers, Blanche Howell and Sonia Keats; aunt, Ginger Fall; uncle, Larry Douglas; and his dog, Diesel. William passed tragically alongside his father, Greg.
Friends will be received from 1 to 4 pm, the time of services, on Saturday, January 28 in the CARL J. SPALLINO FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION, 819 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi, Joseph A. Lopez, funeral director. Memorial contributions may be made to the family to offset expenses.
