Grace T. Gibino, 100, formerly of Dunlevy, passed away on Monday, December 7, 2020. Born on November 17, 1920, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Cardinale) Ricotta.
She was born in Monessen and raised in Clearfield, PA. She was a long time resident of Dunlevy before relocating to Virginia in 1995. She lived and received wonderful care at the Blue Ridge Christian Home for the past 3 years.
While living in Dunlevy, Grace and her husband Joseph built and were the original owners and operators of The White Barn Cafe, which is still in existence, now known as The White Barn Supper Club.
She was also a very active member of the former Mother of Sorrow's Church.
Grace is survived by her daughter, Anna Kerr, of Catlett, VA; son, Joseph (Margie) Gibino, of Charleroi; sister, Anna VanFleet, of Greensburg; 11 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her husband, Joseph Gibino; son, Dominick Gibino; sisters, Mary Molinari and Rosalie Mitchell; and brothers, Paschal, Santo, Samuel, Charles and Joseph Ricotta.
Friends may attend a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am on Friday, December 11 at St. Andrew the Apostle Parish, Charleroi, with interment following in Sacred Heart Cemetery.
