Deborah "Debbie" L. Reconnu, 57, formerly of Fallowfield Twp., died on April 14, 2016. Born on September 3, 1958, she was the daughter of Davil L. and Liesel (Erbe) Reconnu, who survive, and live in Brownsville.
Debbie was a member of the Coal Center Presbyterian Church, and liked to read, fish, do puzzles and velvet art, go out to eat, and vacation at the beach with family.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by a sister, Karen (Bill) Porter, of Coal Center; nephew, Matthew (Kala) Porter; niece, Kellie Porter; aunts, Gertrude (Charles) Buckholt, of Charleroi, and Paulette (Roy) Chapman, of Texas; uncles, Hector Riva, of Smithton, and Rev. Everett (Joan) Reconnu, of South Carolina; along with numerous loving cousins.
She is predeceased by aunts, Lois Lewis and Carole Riva.
Friends will be received from 1 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. on Sunday, April 17, in the CARL J. SPALLINO FUNERAL HOME, 819 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi, Joseph A. Lopez, Funeral Director. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. on Monday, in the funeral home, with interment following in Monongahela Cemetery.
