Albert 'Dean' Lowe, 55, of Dunlevy, passed away on July 4, 2021. Born on May 15, 1966, he was the son of the late Donald and Cecelia Lowe.

He was a member of City Reach Church of Charleroi and had worked as a driver for Model Cleaner's and as a utility worker for AmeriGas. He loved to ride his Harley and to spend time with his grandchildren.

Dean is survived by his wife, Peggy Lowe; sons, Kurtis (Katelynn) Lowe, of Monongahela, Donald (Debra) Lowe, of Dunlevy, and Derek (Abigail) Lowe, of Charleroi; a nephew who was like a son, Ryan Tuman, of Dunlevy; grandchildren, Trinity, Baylee, Kameryn, Amila, Aynsleigh, and Scarlett; brother, Timmy Lowe, of Fallowfield Twp.; sister, Becky 'Bubba' Lowe, of Dunlevy; brothers-in-law and sisters-in law, Michael and Janette Hewitt and Dorothy and Walter Regal; mother-in-law, Vickie Hewitt; several nieces and nephews; and his cat, Emma.

In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by his father-in-law, Albert Hewitt.

As per Dean's wishes there will be no visitation. The family will host a memorial service, with the date to be announced in the future.
