Chet A. McLaughlin, 47, of Charleroi, died on July 14, 2016.  Born on August 5, 1968, he was the son of the late Blaine McLaughlin, Sr. and Donna McLaughlin, who survives.  He was protestant by faith.  In addition to his mother, Chet is survived by his brothers, Terry (Sheila Bailey) McLaughlin and Blaine (Michele) McLaughlin, Jr.; nephews, T.J. and Tony McLaughlin; niece, Kaitlyn McLaughlin; uncle and aunt, Frank And Peg McLaughlin; cousins, Debbie (Larry) Axton, and Frank McLaughlin, Jr.; and close family friends, Mary Altemara, and Deb and Steve Cheplic.  Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., the time of services, on Monday, July 18, in the CARL J. SPALLINO FUNERAL HOME, 819 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi, Joseph A. Lopez, FUNERAL director.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Diabetic Association, 1701 N.
