Cecelia E. “Bay” Lowe, 81, of Charleroi, passed away on Friday, February 14, 2020. Born on December 10, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Elvin and Cecelia (Hurley) Harger.

She was Catholic by faith and had worked as a caregiver at area nursing homes.

She is survived by a daughter, Mary “Becky” Lowe, of Dunlevy; sons, Donald T. Lowe, of Fallowfield Twp., and Dean (Peggy) Lowe, of Dunlevy; grandchildren, Ryan Tuman, and Kurtis, Donald, Derek, Aimee, Kristyn, Mia, and Dominic Lowe; great-grandchildren, Cecelia, Jaylee, Trinity, Baylee, Kameryn, Amilia, Aynsleigh, Gianna, Tessa, Sophia, and Santino; brothers, Dennis and Neil Harger; sister, Vivian Hammit; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her husband, Donald A. Lowe; sisters, Marian Murray, Regina Lape, and Eleanor Caruso; and brothers, Buzzy and Glenn Harger.

As per Cecelia's wishes, there will be no services.
