Audrey Romito Henrion, age 95, formerly of Charleroi and Monongahela, died on March 17, 2016.  

Beloved wife of the late Raymond A. Henrion, and loving mother to, Janice H. Shineman, and husband Edward T. , of Sudbury, MA, and  Raymond Henrion, of Boardman, OH.  Sister of Donald Romito, and wife Ruby, of Charleroi, Elaine Niccolai, of Monongahela, and Gloria Doty, and husband Albert, of Monongahela.  Grandmother to Janice’s step children, Carrie Wallack, Trynka Blake, Weylon Shineman, and Torrey Shineman;  and 5 great grandchildren.  Caring aunt and great-aunt to many nieces and nephews.  

Audrey worked in her brother’s men’s clothing store, Tars Romito of Charleroi and Corning Glass Works.  She was a great homemaker and cook, whose many recipes are treasured by her family.  Audrey had a strong commitment to family, boundless energy, and she loved to laugh.  In her later years, she lived at Carleton Willard Village, a nursing care center, whose excellent staff took care of her until she peacefully passed away.  She will be missed by all her friends and family, in both Massachusetts and Pennsylvania.  

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. on Monday, March 21, in the CARL J. SPALLINO FUNERAL HOME, 819 Fallowfield Ave, Charleroi, Joseph A. Lopez, Funeral Director.  Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, in Mary, Mother of the Church, Charleroi, with interment following in Monongahela Cemetery.
